The Law of Large Numbers.
A theorum advanced by Jakob Bernoulli (1654-1705) Swiss mathematician. He was responsible for the rule that the average of a large number of independent measurements of a random quantity tends toward the theoretical average of that quantity. Also called Bernoulli's law.
.
Caterwaul's Law of Large Numbers:
If you have many men in a crowd; Men will start a fight.
If you have many men and women in a crowd; Men will cop a feel.
If you have many women in a crowd at a shoe sale; Women will start a fight.
If you have many women at a shoe sale fighting who won't let go of the same shoe; Women will feel a cop.

Old Adage: If the shoe fits, wear it.

Murphy's Law: When you get it home it won't fit.

Comment: Don't have a hissy fit about it.
